didn't know that…. The word coffee itself is borrowed from the southern
Ethiopian lands of Kaffa.
Bunna(coffee) is drunk in Ethiopian in a unique and traditional
way known as a “coffee ceremony” first the coffee is roasted, then ground and
placed in a jebena(coffee pot) with boiling water. When it is ready it is
served to people in little cups, up to 2 or 3 times per ceremony.
